In the text, Jesus is hungry…
He’s hungry for fruit.
Fruit: Evidence in your life, that you have relationship with Jesus. Visible evidence of the Spirit working in your life.
1.Fruit never grows by itself. It’s connected to a source. John 15:1-5 Producing fruit
is a natural byproduct of being connected.
Fruit is never for the tree itself, it’s always for someone else.
M.o.p-Mission over position
Stay committed to the mission, regardless of your position.

It’s not the season for figs = there’s no full fruit.
The leaves are advertising that there should at least be a bud of fruit.
Hypocrisy- pretending to be something you’re not
God can handle honesty, but He will always confront hypocrisy.
