We don’t just want to give God more time, we want to give Him more territory.
Jesus is not just a figure in history; He is the centerpiece of eternity.
The resurrection wasn’t the end- it was the reintroduction. Jesus doesn’t just walk out of the grave, He walks back into their lives.
The resurrection wasn’t just a personal victory for Jesus, it was a relational one- He didn’t just defeat death for Himself, He did it so He could walk back into your story.
Sometimes Jesus doesn’t just fix the situation- He steps into it with you. His priority isn’t just resolution, it’s relationship.
His purpose is not just your comfort, it’s your confidence- in Him!
John 11:35- “Jesus wept.”
Before raising Lazarus, Jesus wept. He entered into the pain of those mourning.

Contractor vs. Companion
Contactor- fixes
Companion- walks with you thru it
The version of God you see, determines the version of God you get.
When you’re in it and God hasn’t fixed it yet-
Recognize His presence- Look for Him, not just the outcome.
Reframe your mindset- See the situation as opportunity for intimacy, not just an inconvenience. Problems come to develop or direct.
Respond with trust- Praise Him in it, like you would after it.
Power impresses, but peace transforms.
Matthew 28:20- “I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
This isn’t a temporary visit, it’s a permanent presence.
Jesus’s final promise wasn’t power first - it was presence.

Go [Live on a mission]
Make disciples [Build people, not just gather crowds]
Teach them [Don’t just inspire them - instruct them]
Baptize them [Mark them as belonging to the Kingdom]
He gives us big responsibility, but also big reassurance.
Yes, life can be difficult, but His presence will be constant.
He is reintroducing Himself- not as the “suffering servant,” but as the risen Savior.
The cross showed His humility- the resurrection reveals His authority.
Sometimes we don’t grow because we don’t know how to suffer like Him. He suffered in humility.
Philippians 2:5-11
“You must have the same attitude that Christ Jesus had. Thought He was God, He did not think of equality with God as something to cling to. Instead He gave up His divine privileges…”
Radical Humility- the bold decision to lower yourself intentionally, even when you have the right, the rank, or the reason to elevate yourself - because you trust that God is the one who handles exaltation. Thinking of God’s will and other’s first, not thinking less of yourself.
Key Elements:
Voluntary Surrender- choosing to let go of status, entitlement, or ego
Unshakable confidence- trusting that God will raise you in the right time
Selfless focus- living to serve not to be seen
“Radical humility is when you have the power to stunt- but you choose to serve.”
Practical Signs You’re Walking in Radical Humility:
You apologize even when it’s hard
You celebrate others’ wins without comparison
You serve behind the scenes with no need for applause
You don’t chase positions- you chase purpose
Disruptive Discipleship-
John 20:19-
Peace comes before power. They needed internal peace before they could have external impact.
Before you do what you’re called to do in the world, you have to know who you are in Christ.
You can’t walk in authority until you’re anchored in assurance.
Peace is not the absence of problems, it’s the presence of God’s promise.
Authority requires assurance.
Authority in the Kingdom of God is not just about having a title or position- it’s about operating with conviction.
You cannot command spiritual results, lead body, or walk confidently if you’re internally unstable about who you are and whose you are.
Assurance is spiritual stability; it’s the deep, settled knowing that God is with you, for you, and working through you. - A Word*
Until you are anchored in that truth , you will always hesitate, second guess, and always shrink when resistance shows up.
Romans 8:29-31 MSG Version
“So, what do you think? With God on our side like this, how can we lose? If God didn’t hesitate to put everything on the line for us, embracing our condition and exposing himself to the worst by sending his own Son, is there anything else he wouldn’t gladly and freely do for us? And who would dare tangle with God by messing with one of God’s chosen? Who would dare even to point a finger? The One who died for us—who was raised to life for us!—is in the presence of God at this very moment sticking up for us. Do you think anyone is going to be able to drive a wedge between us and Christ’s love for us? There is no way! Not trouble, not hard times, not hatred, not hunger, not homelessness, not bullying threats, not backstabbing, not even the worst sins listed in Scripture:
They kill us in cold blood because they hate you.
We’re sitting ducks; they pick us off one by one.
None of this fazes us because Jesus loves us. I’m absolutely convinced that nothing—nothing living or dead, angelic or demonic, today or tomorrow, high or low, thinkable or unthinkable—absolutely nothing can get between us and God’s love because of the way that Jesus our Master has embraced us.”
Biblical Peace [Shalom]- means wholeness, completeness, stability- even when life is turbulent.
The resurrection wasn’t the finale, it was the foundation.
